Yes, we do charge the core charge deposit (except for Brand New Turbos & actuators). However, we will provide a FedEx return label to return the core back to us for free, from most of the location in the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Turnaround time is usually 2-3 business days depending on condition and parts availability. Although we keep most parts in stock, there are occasions we may need to order something specific for your part which may increase turn around time. However, we will always offer a specific completion time with the price estimate once the part is inspected by us.

Contact us directly and we will provide you with instructions as well as the “Rebuild Service form” for you to fill out and put it inside the box with your part.
