All remanufactured turbochargers & parts carry a 6 months warranty against part defects.

All NEW turbocharger and parts carry a full 1 - year manufacturer warranty against defects from original purchase date.

We will replace or repair the defective part(s) upon warranty approval at our discretion once we received the part(s) for warranty inspection.

A full refund will be offered if the defective part cannot be repaired or replaced.

Returns are accepted ONLY for items purchased directly from FTC- A USA Turbo Corp.

We accept returns UP TO 30 days.

Free returns are accepted within 15 days from the day of purchase. After the 15 days, a 10-20% restocking and handling fee may be charge depending on the order in order to process the return. This fee will be waived if parts received not as described, or errors during shipping.

Refunds will be issued back to original form of payment.

Credit card refunds can be expected within 5-14 days depending on your institution.

Refunds through PayPal will normally be received immediately or within 1-2 business day depending on your paypal account.

We do NOT charge for the core upfront. However, the core MUST be sent back to us WITHIN 30 days or the warranty will be VOIDED.

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NEW PARTS (turbos or actuators).

We will include a “Return Shipping Label” inside the box with your order so you can ship your core back to us FREE of charge.

CONTACT US beforehand if you do not have a core to send or to request a Return Shipment Label if one was not included with your order.

When you place an order online, you will receive the confirmation email within 1 hour.
