We do NOT charge for the core upfront.
However, the core MUST be sent back to us WITHIN 30 days or the warranty will be VOIDED.
THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NEW PARTS (turbos or actuators).
We will include a “Return Shipping Label” inside the box with your order so you can ship your core back to us FREE of charge.
CONTACT US beforehand if you do not have a core to send or to request a Return Shipment Label if one was not included with your order.

Returns are accepted ONLY for items purchased directly from FTC- A USA Turbo Corp.
We accept returns UP TO 30 days if the item you received is not the same one you ordered, arrives damaged or is defective.
All remanufactured turbochargers & parts carry a 6 months warranty against part defects.
All NEW turbocharger and parts carry a full 1 - year manufacturer warranty against defects from original purchase date.
We will replace or repair the defective part(s) upon warranty approval at our discretion once we received the part(s) for warranty inspection.
A full refund will be offered if the defective part cannot be repaired or replaced.
